Husband's asking if I burned through the living expenses already...

I have a 9th-grade daughter and a 5th-grade son who eats like a horse. I received 1 million won on the 15th and spent 750,000 won by yesterday. Was I being extravagant? Please let me know. I spent it on daily essentials, food, and phone bills (for the two kids and myself). My husband skips breakfast on weekdays and eats both lunch and dinner at the office.
