Born in '83, Year of the Pig... 44 this year (43 in 'real' years)... and I still haven't made any plans. Just been busy working and raising the kids. Every year before, I’d set goals, stick to them, and feel like I had a productive year. But lately... nothing really excites me anymore. I find myself getting rattled by even the smallest bit of stress. My immune system feels shot too; as soon as the weather gets cold, I'm down for the count. Just last month, I had to hit the doctor twice for the flu. My body and mind definitely aren't what they used to be now that I'm in my 40s. I don't want to just waste this year, but... hmm... Since my head is filled with random noise, I just planned to get active (swimming, hiking, running, boxing) and maybe do some reading. Watching YouTube Shorts at my age makes me feel kinda pathetic... Fellow 40s crowd, what kind of plans have you guys made for this year?
