Arasaka: A massive corp involved in finance, security, manufacturing, and defense. They have a heavily armed private security force.
Aperture Science: A physics research company. They own the Portal Gun and super AIs, and they operate various sentry guns known as 'Turrets'.
Vault-Tec: A company that builds fallout shelters for nuclear war. They actually own nuclear missiles just to market their Vaults. Absolutely cracked.
