We're currently churning out at least 100k orders a day on average... and doing at least 2 hours of OT every single day.
In other words, there aren't many fulfillment centers to begin with... so they're hiring newbies in bulk and just throwing them in as fast as they come...
Every single day... managers are wringing everyone dry, yelling at us to pick 'palli-palli' (hurry up).
