A hygiene controversy has erupted at a famous Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) restaurant in Songdo, Incheon, for serving uncleaned chicken gizzards. A customer who accidentally ate food scraps left inside the gizzard claims the owner refused to apologize.
According to the post, User A experienced this after ordering Samgyetang at the restaurant around 7:30 PM on December 23rd last year.
They vented, "The moment I took a bite of the gizzard in the soup, I smelled and tasted literal shit and almost threw up. I was so shocked. I called the staff and they admitted they 'failed to remove the chicken feces.' They acted like it happens all the time and just brushed it off."
