I live in a studio and I've double-sealed the windows with bubble wrap.
Even without heating, the room temp doesn't drop below 18°C. If anything, body heat and heat from my PC actually make the temperature go up.
I'm geared up in two layers of puffer jackets indoors.
I sleep on the bare floor and only set the timer for a tiny bit of floor heating right when I'm sleeping.
