I think this is more about 'empathetic' app design rather than just raw technology. The implementation itself isn't even that hard. The ETA is a feature they already provide, and they can pull the destination's business hours from the business info registered on Naver Maps.
But connecting these two to understand the user's context and give an alert like this is honestly impressive. They say the pinnacle of tech is the intersection of technology and the humanities; if Steve Jobs were to make a map app in this era of overflowing data, I feel like this is how he would've done it. lol
