An old B&W photo from a worn-out wallet

I saw my mom today and she pulled out a super old photo from her wallet. With her hands full of wrinkles and age spots, she showed me a family photo I’d never seen before. It was a tiny, worn-out B&W photo, the kind they used to print with that embossed texture at old-school studios. It was my mom in her youth, along with my little brother and me as young kids before we even started school.

As I took the photo, I noticed she’d even laminated it to keep it from getting any more damaged.

I was shocked, and my mom just started bawling...

I sent the photo to her phone, and she was in a great mood all day. I was honestly so moved by restoring that old photo with Gemini.
