Ostrich meat = Lean flavor with no juice. Chewy (!) High-protein beef taste. It's a super dry protein meat that gym bros might like for the high protein content. There's no reason for regular Koreans to go out of their way to find a place that sells it and pay 2-3x the price of chicken when delicious chicken is everywhere. Aside from curiosity or fun, it's not really a food worth seeking out for the taste.
