Wish, the movie they hyped up so much for their 100th anniversary.
But the 'villain' king basically runs the country by granting wishes so people don't have to worry about food, water, or shelter, and he only confiscates the dangerous wishes.
He doesn't even force anyone; he tells people the rules before they move in and only accepts those who agree to live by them.
Then this MC bitch drags the king down just because he wouldn't grant her grandpa's wish, and the movie ends with her doing a budget version of exactly what the king was doing.
It flopped hard because the story is absolute trash and nobody has any clue what the message was supposed to be.
"The community is in disbelief over how the 'villain' actually sounds like a competent ruler while the protagonist comes off as a bratty anarchist. People are mocking the 'woke' tropes that they feel ruined the movie's logic."
