Considering it's 2026 now, I thought, 'Yeah, asking for 43M seems pretty fair,' but...
After digging a bit deeper...
The reality is that most SME starting salaries still start in the mid-20M range. As expected, the KEF data was totally inflated.
But even then, what percentage of all entry-level spots in 2026 can actually pay 43M? Honestly, maybe 10% at best.
The reality is choosing between grinding forever to break into that top 10% or living a life where you make 15–20M won less than peers your age.
