Is this for real? Fining compact cars 10k won for parking in standard spots... If I park in a general spot because the compact ones were full, then a compact spot opens up while I'm at home... am I supposed to keep coming down to check and move my car???
We all pay the same maintenance fees and the same price for our apartments. Every resident has a right to a parking spot, so how is this even fair?
