Korea's Public Etiquette This 3-Day Break is Nauseating (Starbucks RN)

There are 10 seats at the long table meant for laptops,

5 people are sitting zig-zag, and the rest of the seats are taken up by their bags and puffer jackets.

I keep circling around because there are no seats, but they don't even bother clearing their junk.

WTF, this is so annoying. Is it always like this in the winter??
