Wonju Terminal says workload actually increased after installing kiosks.jpg

Since it's Wonju Terminal, there must be tons of seniors there. What were they thinking, switching everything to kiosks... sheesh.

Looking at kiosks lately, it’s not that tech-illiterate people can't use them

Everyone says kiosks are hard for the elderly to use, but I think the real issue is something else.
