During the Chuncheon-Hongcheon battle, the North Korean 2nd and 7th Divisions ended up teamkilling each other after occupying Chuncheon. Because they used different weapons, they mistook each other for ROK Special Ops teams and went at it.

During the Han River Defense Line battle, the ROK 1st Infantry Division got absolutely shredded by US Air Force bombings while they were still north of the river. The bridges were blown before the troops could finish crossing, so they had to ditch all their heavy gear and swim across while getting hammered from above.

On July 4th, right before the Pyeongtaek-Anseong battle, UN aircraft (presumed Australian) strafed Pyeongtaek Seongdong Elementary. They then focused their bombing on the main roads and Pyeongtaek Station where supplies were piled up. A truck full of explosives blew up, killing everyone within a 1km radius. Even fresh recruits from the Suwon training center who were being transported got caught in it. Total death toll from this mistake: 101.

During the Battle of Jeonui, US fighter jets mistook soldiers of the US 24th Division for the enemy and strafed them.

In the Battle of Cheongju, US fighters did a great job clearing out Communist gathering points. However, they also flew over to ROK positions and 'fairly' attacked both North and South. They didn't just do it once; they made several passes back and forth pouring fire on everyone.

During the Yeongcheon-Sinnyeong battle, when a commando unit from the ROK 17th Regiment, 2nd Battalion secured the peak of Gonjebong at Mt. Chilbo, the observation team misjudged and thought the enemy had taken the summit. They concentrated artillery fire on the peak, helplessly wiping out their own commandos.
During the operation to retake Pyongyang, the commander of the 1st Division's 11th Regiment saw the ROK 7th Division's 8th Regiment engaging North Korean troops and decided they were 'trespassing' on his turf. He actually broadcasted that this was his AO and told them to get the hell out immediately, then started blasting anti-tank guns at the 7th Division instead of the North Koreans, resulting in dozens of casualties.

During the Battle of Mt. Baekseok, US tanks supporting the 7th Division's 3rd Regiment accidentally shelled a column from the 8th Regiment's 2nd Battalion that was attacking the summit. This caused massive casualties, including the entire 7th Company. There are several more official cases, and there are likely way more unofficial teamkills that never made the records.
