Ordered on Nov 28th, took over 2 weeks to arrive... (via Oh My Zip forwarding service) AirPods Pro 2 renewed model for $136.99.
Tried to do a hearing test but the firmware wasn't the latest, so I asked about it and they said it updates automatically if I just wait.
Days passed, still nothing. Why isn't it working? Called Apple Support (080-333-4000) and they asked for the serial number... checked it and said it was fake? The limited warranty period was listed until 26.1.10, so I never suspected it was fake. Just to check, I went to a nearby Tuba (Apple authorized reseller) and confirmed it was fake. Apparently, this happens often. Ugh. Anyway, I contacted Amazon customer service, requested a refund from the seller, and submitted a return request, but they said I have to wait two days. If they ask me to send the return product back, that'll be a huge headache, so I guess I'll just wait and see what they say.
Model number A3048, serial number H46W... it looks something like that. The version is 7E93. This version won't upgrade.
If anyone else bought this product from Amazon during BF, please make sure to check at the service center. It's not even Almazon (cheap knock-off site)... Amazon, not you too...
