I've been obsessed with wood-fired pizza for a few months now, so I snagged a cheap $120 electric pizza oven from Amazon that goes up to 840°F (456°C) via international shipping and I've been baking every weekend... haha
I've also been watching YouTube and trying out all sorts of things with aged dough!
My 5-year-old son keeps saying daddy's pizza is the best, and I feel so proud every time he eats it well haha.
If the reaction is good, I'll write a detailed post about the oven I use and my dough recipe.
