Around 10:30 PM on Christmas Day, a teen male made a frantic emergency call from the luggage compartment of a bus driving through Kumamoto City.
His mother, who was waiting for her son at the bus stop, said she was beyond shocked when her son shouted over the phone that he was trapped in the trunk.
How on earth did this Jap kid end up trapped in a trunk on Christmas of all days?
According to the bus company, the victim had climbed into the luggage compartment to get his bags out himself.
The driver closed the door and drove off without even checking if anyone was inside.
As a result, the victim had to endure 10 minutes of terror trapped in the luggage compartment of the moving bus.
The bus company stated they would review their manuals in response to this incident.
[Kyushu Sanko Bus] "We will clearly state and strictly enforce visual inspection of the trunk interior before closing the doors."
As you know, a bus luggage compartment is plenty big enough for a person to fit if they just crouch, and you often have to go inside to reach bags in the back. That's why the driver is supposed to handle the luggage personally, or at the very least, visually confirming the space is clear before closing is basic protocol.
And yet, you see these kinds of accidents happening quite often in Japan.
It's enough to make their obsession with 'manuals' look pathetic. Like I always say, the 'country of manuals' title is just Japanese image-making BS. Their manuals aren't actually made to prevent problems; they're made to give those in charge a basis to dodge responsibility later. That's why they aren't followed properly on-site, especially when no one is watching.
There are things we've been conditioned to accept because of the Japs' decades-long image-making strategy. Every time we see stuff like this, we need to call it out and show the reality.
Let's never forget that JAPs deserve to be bashed over and over again.
