Apparently, this is happening because Apple's certification for the Options+ app has expired. The dev team is aware of the issue and is currently waiting for re-certification. Even if you uninstall and reinstall the app, it won't fix the infinite loading loop. This is the official response I got after reaching out to Logitech. Just a heads-up for everyone.
