So many people scarf down raw cabbage thinking it's good for the stomach, but eating it on an empty stomach actually makes gastritis and enteritis worse;; lol. They say the 'gastric bliss' routine is Protein -> Veggies (Fiber) -> Carbs. If you have chronic gastritis, avoid raw veggies on an empty stomach at all costs!!!!!
