[Exclusive] Seun District 4 High-Rise Building Design, 52 Billion Won Direct Contract with Heerim and Others

For large-scale architectural designs, a design competition process is particularly required. According to Article 21 of the Promotion Act for the Architectural Service Industry and Article 17 of its Enforcement Decree, public institutions are supposed to prioritize a competition method when commissioning architectural designs with an estimated cost of 200 million won or more. However, despite the basic plan for Seun District 4 being changed due to the Seoul Metropolitan Government's increase in floor area ratio, SH did not conduct a design competition and instead entered into a direct contract with four companies, including Heerim.
