Gapyeong pine nuts are expensive as hell... the high-end ones are like 31,500 won for 140g.
They used a 15,000 won pack here, and even then, just the ingredients cost 40,000 won. If a restaurant served this? Since the food cost is in the 30-40k range, they could charge 80-100k per bowl and you couldn't even complain.
FYI, original basil pesto also needs pine nuts, which makes it pricey as f*ck.
